This summer I had the opportunity to intern for a accounting company,a company of financial auditing services.
As an intern,I realized that I have to responsibility for every word I said.It was a good chance of develop personally and professionally.When we facing client we need to state for the view of PwC but not our own.Our activities need to follow the company’s policy.As audit law requirement,we need to avoid inside trading.Therefore we need to pay more attention to our behaviors.We must respect the confidentiality and privacy of our clients,our people and others.
When doing a project audit team always composed of several auditors to serve client.Team members need to coordinate and understand each other’s styles.Everyone has their own responsibility; they have to finish their target on time.Otherwise,it is likely to influence their working arrangement.Sometimes,an auditor has 2 to 3 project going the same period.They need to focus on a heavy pressure and running crazy.At the same time,they also need to make sure the work is good.It is an important experience to me that I had to have a good organize of my life.I need to follow my schedule,such as how many hours and when to studying or to relaxing.It will be more effective.
Finally,I think we need to carefully when dealing with lots of numbers.Auditor needs to face data very day.Sometimes auditor may make misstate on it.Therefore,we need to be more patient.We need to care every different item.If making a single misstate,it may have a big problem when doing the final analysis.So I think even the smallest things also worthy of our attention.

As an intern,I realize that I have to be responsible for every word I said.It was a good chance for developing personality and professional knowledge.When I face the clients,I need to state the views of PwC but not my own opinions.I should follow the policies of the company.When I audit law requirements,I will try to avoid inside trading.I will also pay more attention to my behaviors.I must and I will respect the privacy of clients,respect my colleagues.
I worked on an auditing project in a team,which composed of several auditors to serve clients.I realize that we team members need to coordinate,so that we can understand everyone’s character,and work better.Everyone in a team is responsible to a part of the whole project,and he have to finish his own assignment on time.
And it is necessary to arrange work wisely.An auditor might have two or three projects in the same period of time.He needed to suffer high pressure sometimes heavy work really made one mad.He had to make sure that not only his work was done,but also it was done well.It was an important experience for me,for it taught me how to make arrangement for my life and time.I will make a schedule which contains the time for studying,working,and relaxing.Following an appropriate schedule is more effective for my life.
The most important thing is to be careful when dealing with complex numbers.Auditors need to work with data everyday.I need to be patient and be carefully.If an auditor makes a mistake on daily financial,it will become a big problem when he accounts the final financial report.So I think that I should pay attention on any litter thing.
