本文以我国企业的网络招聘方式为研究对象,采用个案访谈法和文献研究法相结合的研究方法,对当前企业网络招聘方式问题的研究和解决对策进行了研究.本文首先介绍了网络招聘的概念、网络招聘的主要方式、网络招聘的特点,分析了网络招聘的现状、发展趋势等问题；然后从两方面着重探讨了当前企业网络招聘方式存在的问题；最后基于网络招聘的现状和存在问题从四个层面提出了相关的建议对策,并对网络招聘的未来进行了展望,从而为我国企业进行网络招聘提供一些有益的参考.
