答案说选b,但是我觉得a和b没什么两样,放在句子中都通,

答案说选c,但是我觉得b,c都差不多,这又是为什么呢?请高手说得通俗易懂,
另外,我书上还说,什么形容词,副词可以作表语,状语,等.
