本文通过干燥、微波法处理废弃的木粉,并与PVC共混制备了PVC木塑复合材料,并对其力学性能、吸水性能、硬度进行了表征和分析.结果表明,干燥法制得木塑复合材料随着木粉含量的提高,材料的拉伸强度下降很快,硬度和吸水率不断上升;微波法制得的木塑复合材料拉伸强度较干燥法有了较大提高,且随着木粉含量的增加,木塑复合材料的拉伸强度逐渐升高,当木粉含量50份时,拉伸强度达到最大值为34.9 Mpa
In this paper,the waste wood flour were treated in drying and microwave radiation,and blended with PVC to preparation PVC wood plastics composites; after that,the composites of characterized and analyzed by mechanical properties,water absorption and hardness test.The results indication that,when wood composites was treated by drying technique.the tensile strength of the composites decreased sharply with the increase of wood flour content,while the hardness and water absorption rise continuously; the tensile strength of wood plastics composites derived from the microwave method is higher than that of the drying method,as the content of wood flour increases,the tensile strength of the composite increases gradually,and reaches its maximum value of 34.9 Mpa when the content of wood flour is 50 portion.
