可惜啊,出题者都不知道,这个介词不是to,而是of!
再问： 那什么情况下是whom？
再答： 在从句中作宾语的关系代词，指人，用whom,如： The person whom you saw just now is our headmaster. 这个whom 的作用：1. 引导限制性定语从句。2. 指代先行词the person 3. 在从句中作saw的宾语，可以省略。 这个whom 与who的区别，是定语从句中最基本的，不要再追着问了。让我评论完这个题目。
再问： 为什么不能追着问？评论什么？
再答： 网上有：May I ask a question of you? = May I ask you a question? 二、这个限制性定语从句是本身就不好，再插入个you think, 更是画蛇添足，纯属多余。 什么情况下会建议一个人向一个特殊的人问某个特别的问题呢？ “你可以向一个你认为能回答你问题的人去问这个问题”。这句话想表达什么意思呢？是什么语境呢？ 好象“你”向我问一个问题，“我”答不出或不想答，给“你”提的一个建议似的。那这个“你认为”就不对了。“你认为”“我”能回答，才会来问“我”。何出此言？ 总之，单项选择题被称之为语法题。题句应该是正确无误，可以作为范例让学生去背的句子。本身不应该有语法错误，句子也就是来自生活的，真实的句子。 本题句语法有问题，也不符合生活，实在不是好题句。看到这样的题目，真是难受。
