已知 close at hand 就在眼前 keep the bottle close at hand 将酒瓶放在伸手可及之处
上下文为什么冒出这句,有点怪.

ottle是指酒,不是瓶子.
美国卖酒有特价时也是说bottle,而不是说wine或者beer或者是alcohol的.
他说 But let's just say you should keep the bottle close at hand,就是让B别问（可见上句i don't want to talk about it),陪他喝就是了.
而后面B亦很识趣的回答说i understand.
