LIMITED WARRANTY FOR Mini-Car
ADLY Moto,Her Chee Industrial Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter called Party A) gives the following Limited warranty to the buyer (hereinafter called Party B) for ADLY Moto Mini-Car.
Party A warrants that the products are under normal use and maintenance,from any defects in material and workmanship.If any such defects should be found in products within applicable warranty period,Party A shall,at its option,repair or replace the parts as specified herein.
This warranty shall not apply to:
(a.) Any defects caused or repairs required as a result of abusive operation,negligence,
accident,improper installation (modification) or inappropriate use as outlined in the
owner’s manual.
(b.) Any products tampered with,modified,adjusted or repaired by any unauthorized party.
(c.) Damage caused or repairs by a result of the use within items,for example,oil or tools not
specified or approved by party A,including but not limited inappropriate tools.
(d.) Any additional accessory installed by owner which cause defect of original parts.
(e.) Any cosmetic damage to the surface or exterior that has been defaced or caused in
warranty.
(f.) Any damage caused by external or environmental conditions such abnormal weather,
accident,earthquake and etc.
(g.) Any product received without appropriate model and frame serial number identification.
(h.) Any service is not furnished in regular shop and not kept the maintenance on schedule.
(i.) Any product used for rental,racing,or demonstration purposes.
Warranty period – under regular use,the valid term is twelve (12) months except the following Limited warranty list:
(a) Engine parts :6 months
(b) Electrical components:6 months
(c) Consumable parts are not included in this warranty,i.e.battery,oil,rubber,spark plug,belt,
air cleaner,brake pad/lining,chain,bulbs.
The warranty period shall never exceed twelve (12) months from Products arrive to final
destination port.
LIMITED WARRANTY FOR ATV
Party B should issue the claim at least every months once to Party A by the claim report
provided by Party A.Party B should collect all the defect parts and keep defective parts at
least six months after sending the claim list to Party A.Party A has the right to inspect the
defective parts at buyer’s site or obtain the defective parts in any time during this period.

再答： 呼~~呼~~终于搞定，中间吃饭了 Mini-car（迷你车）有限质保 合骐工业股份有限公司爱得利汽车ADLY Moto（下称甲方）向ADLY Moto Mini-Car购买者（下称乙方）提供如下有限质保。 甲方保证产品均能正常使用和维护，没有任何材料或者加工缺陷。质保期限内，若在产品上发现任何上述缺陷，甲方将根据情况，对特定部件进行修理或更换。 本质保将不适用于以下情况： (a.) 因超规定操作、疏忽、事故、安装（改装）不正确，或未按操作手册而使用不当造成的任何故障。 (b.) 由非授权方面更改、改装、调试或修理后的产品。 (c.) 因使用物品造成的损伤或修理，如未经甲方许可的油料或工具，包括但不限于不适合的工具。 (d.) 用户自行安装的附件对原始部件造成的损伤。 (e.) 质保期间车体表面的任何污损（译注：即掉漆之类的毛病）。 (f.) 任何外部环境条件造成的损伤，如异常天气、灾害、地震等。 (g.) 任何车架序列号和识别码和型号不匹配的产品。 (h.) 不在指定商店进行服务或者没有按期做保养。 (i.) 任何用于租赁、比赛或者展示用途的产品。 质保期限 – 在正常使用的情况下，产品的保质期为十二（12）个月，但不包括以下有限质保部件。 (a) 发动机部件：6个月 (b) 电气元件：6个月 (c) 易损件不适用本质保，如电池、油料、橡胶件、火花塞、（安全）带（译注，不知道车上有什么带状物，我猜测应是安全带）、空滤、刹车片/衬、链条、灯泡。 产品质保期自抵达目的港口日期起算，不会超过十二（12）个月。 ATV（全地形车）有限质保 乙方应至少每月向甲方汇报索赔情况，按照甲方提供模板提供索赔报告。 乙方应搜集所有损坏部件，并在向甲方发出索赔清单之后保留上述部件至少六个月。 甲方有权在用户所在地检查损坏部件，或者在此期间于任何地点随时检测部件。 甲方： 爱得利汽车ADLY Moto 合骐工业股份有限公司Her Chee Industrial Co., Ltd. 签字代表： ________________________ 乙方 签字代表： ________________________
